Overview


We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer for a world renowned company. We are looking for a candidate to work at the strategic level to define and socialize the SaaS platform on which you will be helping to develop and deliver new and existing applications and services. This is a highly technical hands-on position and we expect the developer to have hands on SaaS experience from idea to completion and implementation.

There are 2 Roles - 1 Junior & 1 Senior Full Stack Developer


Responsibilities


•    Works across teams to develop scalable, robust and high performing SaaS applications using our SaaS Platform
•    Works with product teams at the proof of concept level through production 
•    Collaborates with Developers, Architects, UX, Product Owners and Test Engineers in an agile organization

Qualifications


•    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline required with 5+ years developing high performance java web applications.
•    Strong background with the Full Web Stack (HTML 5, CSS3, Javascript Frameworks, etc.), backend technologies and design patterns (Java 7, multi-threading, servlets, Spring, Hibernate/JDBC, RESTFul WebService Frameworks, etc.).  Experience with one or more SQL or NoSQL databases needed.  Knowledge of one or more of the following Java frameworks:  Twitter Bootstrap, JQuery UI, Backbone, Knockout, Angular, JQuery
•    Understanding and experience with IaaS / PaaS platform such as AWS, Azure, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry, etc.  
•    Experience developing and deploying SaaS applications and services into production.  Understanding virtual machine management, Azure, AWS, Soft Layer, OpenStack expected.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and distributed product teams.  Experience developing software using Agile Software Development practices such as Scrum, TDD, minimum viable product.  Pair programming experience a plus.
