What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with the architect team to build a roadmap strategy for long term rebuilding of applications and ensuring the team is following set procedures
  • Review application components that require redevelopment following development standards that will guide all future projects
  • Recommend any tools or technology that can help the company meet its goals
  • Help guide future solutions by helping in the definition and maintenance of reference architecture that describes components and viewpoints
  • Help implement and develope our application architecture based on a road map from current --> future state
  • Establish and facilitate best practices
  • Lead and mentor junior staff
  • Accept responsibility for making sure all the tech we use in any project work correctly together and designs are cost-effective and consistent 
  • Keep up to date on application technology trends that affect current and future business priorities.


  • 3+ years of Java, PHP, MySQL, Linux, HTML, jQuery, Ajax and Apache required
  • Great team skills and able to work well with members of the entire company
