    PROTECH is seeking an IT recruiter with a minimum of three years staffing and recruiting agency experience for our Boca Raton, FL location.  


    The right candidate will be highly organized, have a strong urgency for action,  and a quality focus.  You must be a recruiting professional who is committed to identifying and producing top IT talent with quality and speed for our extensive list of clients. To succeed in this position, an exceptional drive, excellent communications skills and out-of-the-box thinking are required.  A proven track record in the IT recruiting field is essential.  Ideal candidate will know how to identify and recruit employed candidates with truly difficult to find skills - not just relying on on-line resume databases.   A good understanding of the IT employment market and career disciplines and keeping up on the  latest technologies and tools is needed for credibility with IT candidates up to executive level.
