We are seeking a talented Sr. Full Stack Engineer (C#) to join a growing healthcare software team in the Golden Glades/Miami area. In this position, you will be creating technology supporting healthcare practices throughout the US. If you are passionate about the fusion of healthcare and technology, we want to hear from you!


The SaaS platform is built in  .NET/C# and you will report to the Director of Software. We are looking for good full stack expertise, even if you consider yourself stronger in front-end or back-end. Any UI/UX or healthcare related experience is a plus.


  • This role is a combination of maintenance and new development. This includes small bug fixes, small enhancements and large enhancements and then new modules, scalability, performance etc.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Analysts and other developers to design/implement/release software that meets specs 
  • Create prototypes
  • Help manage current code via defect correction and refactoring
  • Help peer review other code
  • Mentor other engineers
  • Follow best practices
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Occasional after hours support


  • 8-10+ years' of development experience
  • 2+ years' as a technical leader
  • Follows object-oriented design and development principles
  • Expert in .Net/C#
  • Expertise in developing web application architectures
  • Knowledge of WebAPI, JSON, Web Services
  • Proficient in jQuery, ASP.NET/MVC, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, XML, and SQL Server
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Any SaaS application development experience is a plus
  • UI/UX a plus.
  • Healthcare a plus.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate well with others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology or related discipline is highly preferred.
