Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop functional business requirements for all systems such as SAP Business One, Point of Sale, Supply Chain and more 
  • Ensure documented business requirements are standardized to meet client's needs 
  • Document configuration specs for use 
  • Data monitoring and maintenance 
  • Use SQL, BI Tools and Crystal reports (past experience desired)
  • Manage all business requirements and ensure they are stored correctly 
  • Manage system access/licenses for all systems 
  • Document business processes
  • Assist in creating specifications, defining business KPI's, and building related reports and dashboards
  • Support new system roll-outs
  • Help in training users including developing training materials
  • Develop and build relationships with vendors
  • Assist in SLA negotiations
  • Help with business reviews to make sure vendors are providing services as promised 
  • Assist with vendor issue resolution 
  • Develop work break-down structure 
  • Use Project Management tools and follow best practices 
  • Help manage resources 
  • Help develop test plans/scripts/execution 

Qualifications

  • BS in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • 7+ years of finance project management preferred
  • 4+ years of business systems analysis 
  • 3+ years of client relationship experience 
  • Financial system experience required, SAP preferred (with preference for SAP B1)
  • Experience with accounting/supply chain/inventory management a plus 
  • PMP a plus 
  • BI tools, SQL and Crystal reporting a + 
  • Familiar with SAP AP/Inventory,Production/Banking a + 
  • Experience with Third Wave Business Systems a +
  • Experience in Agile or Waterfall development environments a +
