    Are you passionate about customers? Do you have an interest in technology and becoming a Business Analyst for a Software Industry Leader? Do you enjoy traveling and helping others learn new technologies? If so, this is an opportunity to dive into technology and become a Business Analyst helping customers in the implementation of our industry leading software as a service. Training is provided, but here's the basic skills that would make you a great candidate:

    • College degree, if it's in a people-focused major (ie psychology) even better
    • Experience in a client/people-facing capacity
    • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to explain things clearly
    • Must have previous software implementation experience (ideally for a software company) working on complex software 
    • Financial/accounting experience preferred. 

    Must be able to work for any US employer without sponsorship for an indefinite amount of time. 


    What you'll be doing:

    • Traveling 50-70% to our clients to make sure their implementation and training goes smoothly
    • Work with the customer to understand their unique business processes and requirements and make sure their needs are met in the implementation 
    • Determine and document any issues/gaps and provide clients with creative solutions to meet their business goals (gap analysis) 
    • Train clients based on their unique system, which might include one-on-one or group sessions 
    • Make sure the system is configured based on the client's needs and business rules 
    • Work with the client on internal testing (User Acceptance Testing) and evaluate if it is meeting expected results 
    • Track meetings, provide status reports and other documentation to project leader


    What you bring to the table:

    • Experience traveling/interfacing with clients, ideally for a Software Company
    • College degree in liberal arts preferred (not required for uniquely qualified candidates)
    • Experience working with customers directly 
    • No fear in presenting to potentially large groups/running training sessions 
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Visio, other web technologies 
    • Experience in documentation, ideally business/system requirements
    • SaaS software implementation/BA skills required
