Overview

We are seeking a client-facing tech support person for a role in Boca Raton, FL. This role is with a successful and exciting startup brand making big waves in their space! 

Responsibilities

  • Interface with clients to best understand issues and how to fix
  • Work with development team to improve user experience across all platforms 
  • Help trace client issues back to primary issue 
  • Collect user feedback and share with development backlog
  • Manage and maintain network health of clients 
  • Resolve any outages in a timely fashion
  • Triage and escalate issues

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of technical support experience
  • Development experience a plus
