We are seeking an internal Help Desk/Support Technician 2 for an internal IT department. This is a temp position with potential for long-term engagement. 


This role supports retail and POS systems - any experience with similar is considered a plus. 




  • Support and setup of laptops/desktops/servers/devices including training 
  • Local and remote help desk support via ticketing system/sharepoint
  • Document systems as needed
  • Support online sales/ecommerce 
  • Manage 3rd party vendors 
  • Provide after-hours support on rotating basis 
  • Support CRM hardware/application 
  • Support inventory process 
  • Help with routine tasks like upgrades, system changes, etc 
  • Remote LAN/WAN administration 


  • 2+ years of help desk, ideally internal 
  • Able to work in temp capacity
  • Flexible hours
  • Good problem solving skills 
  • Good documentation skills 
  • Strong teamworker 
  • Experience supporting Windows 7/8/10, Server 2012/2008, Apple products, Windows devices 
  • POS/retail preferred
