    We are looking for a Business Development Manager to nurture and develop leads and business primarily in the US and LATAM regions. This is a farmer/hunter role ideal for a candidate with significant TV/Media/Broadcast industry and sales experience.     This is a high-profile position with competitive base compensation (70/30 split), performance based incentives, company performance bonuses and more. 


    This role is REMOTE with focus on South Florida or LATAM based. 



    • Become an exemplary Business Development Manager for our television industry and be willing to travel internationally for both training (3 months) and client visits. 
    • Develop new LATAM markets and travel to international conferences/events. 
    • Build long-term relationships with potential clients - our sales cycles are long (6M-2 years) with very large brands and require excellent consultative and relationship building skills. 
    • Become a trusted adviser to your client/lead base. 


    • 10+ years of sales experience within media/TV/broadcast (ideally media industry solutions/software)
    • Highly advanced written/spoken English.
    • Bilingual required (Spanish/English) with Portuguese a plus
    • Incredible networking and communication skills with the ability to start and build valuable relationships with new and existing customers. 
    • Considerable (20-50%) travel involved in North America and LATAM to meet with possible clients and existing customers and attend networking/industry events. 
    • Strong sales track record.
