    Join a leading financial service company in Miami! This is an excellent opportunity for a System Engineer to grow with a leading brand on the verge of becoming a 1B organization Work with teams in multiple countries (Bilingual required) using the latest technology. Environment is fairly large so ideal candidate has experience in larger environments. 



    • Assist in long-term system and software planning
    • Work with other System Admins in other locations 
    • Assist with implementing new systems that meet objectives 
    • Work with the support and infrastructure team to define/image/deploy: workstations, printers, servers, scanners, firewalls, systems (encryption), and security systems
    • Manage all server environment on infrastructure basis including disk, CPU and memory
    • Manage all operating/end-user software 
    • Ensure compliance with backup policies 
    • Manage all server and network monitoring 
    • Manage all connection and unified communication systems
    • Manage active directory 
    • Do routine backups and restores 
    • Handle network assess management 
    • Support development teams as needed 
    • Analyze all systems for performance 
    • Schedule and perform upgrades/improvements in all managed areas
    • Create reports and documentation as requested 
    • Negotiate and partner with vendors 
    • Follow and create new policies/procedures for system administration 
    • Guide/mentor junior team members




    • Strong Windows 2008 R2, 2012 R2, and 2016 Windows Server administrator
    • Strong Windows Active Directory administration
    • MCSE or other relevant certifications (MCSA, MCITP, Net+, CCNA) are a definite plus
    • Microsoft ISA Server experience a definite plus
    • Minimum of 5 years of system administration in an operational environment
    • VMWare/virtualization
    • Bilingual
