  • Overview

    We are seeking a Desktop Technician for a leading IT Management Company in Tampa, FL.  This position will be involved in all phases of fixing and maintaining all PC hardware and equipment i.e. installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading.  This role will involve troubleshooting in person, by telephone, and email.  Experience working for a managed service provider is a big plus, but not required.  Must be Bilingual in Spanish

    • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or ticketing system
    • Performing remote troubleshooting as well as off-site tasks 
    • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
    • Walk the client through the problem-solving process
    • Daily monitoring of assigned clients



    • Network: 1 year 
    • Microsoft Office: 1 year
    • VMWare: 1 year 
    • MCSE or A+ Certifications 
    • Bilingual in Spanish 


    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Preferred)
