  • Overview

    We are seeking a Sales Engineer with strong technology solutions experience. Experience working for a managed service provider is a big plus, but not required.  This individual will be experienced in pre-sales, completing network assessments, writing proposals, and responding to RFPs.   This role is also client-facing so must be able to have a technical conversation with the customer.  

    Responsibilities

    • Advice clients on systems needs and upgrade opportunities 
    • Act as a high-level technical consultant and ensure client satisfaction in results 
    • High level solutions delivery including Microsoft/Cisco/Hyper-V/VMWare, Office 365, SQL, RDS, and more 
    • Good background in remote access, TCP/IP, Routing/Switches, Firewalls, connectivity, etc. 
    • Serve as escalation point for system issues 
    • Ensure SLA's are met
    • Provide sales support including
      • Assist sales team in discussing solution offerings 
      • Ensure customer needs are met
      • Provide support to sales team for any issues 
      • Work with sales team on proposal delivery 

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's degree 
    • 5+ years of technology solutions experience 
    • 3+ years of MSP preferred
    • 3+ years of network management preferred 
    • 5+ years of server management preferred

    Certifications:
    MCSE, MCSA 10, 365 or Server 2016 are a plus
