SaaS provider targeting hospitality industry is seeking an experienced customer success leader in the Minneapolis, MN area.



  • Experience leading a team of Account Managers and Configuration Specialists
  • Experience driving client retention and growth initiatives
  • Experience setting and tracking KPI’s for continuous improvement
  • Experience with complex client escalation and resolutions
  • Have researched and implemented effective CRM platform
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with sales, product, professional services, marketing and support
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory compliance in technology
  • Develop training documentation for account management and implementation.
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience as a CSM for a SaaS products provider
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Candidates with previous experience in hospitality SaaS industry will be prioritized
