Grow your career with a software industry leader in the Television arena!  We are seeking a career-focused, sharp, up-and-coming software support specialist to join an exciting company and team.  Ideal candidate will have a at least 2 years in a similar support role.  This role is internal, it does not require travel to clients, all support is done in-house communicating with clients via phone and email. Your job will be to learn the ins and outs of their complex software system to enable customers to become experts in coming up with their own solutions to maximize the use of their software.

 

We are especially interested in candidates with experience supporting software solutions with complex workflows such as ERP, Supply Chain management or any other type of software that is complex in nature (a simple application will not do).  This is an exciting role with a promotion path working with a company that truly cares for their employees with excellent benefits such as 4 weeks’ vacation from the start!  We need intelligent, customer-focused, out-of-the-box thinkers that can coach customers to come up with creative solutions to their problems using state-of-the-art software.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience including experience in software customer support, software configuration, business analysis and/or software training
  • 2+ years of software/product support, ideally for a software company  (but not required, it can be an internal software support specialist)
  • Professional demeanor with great written/spoken English
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and problem solving skills
  • Organized and able to work on multiple projects at a time 
  • Occasional light travel
  • Software testing experience a plus
